This vintage handwoven rug is an authentic example of the traditional weavings of Tuyserkan. With an age of approximately 40 years, it represents the continuity of rural traditions and the indigenous identity of the Bagherdeh region. Measuring 212 × 132 cm with a total area of 2.8 square meters, it is well suited for living rooms, reception areas, or warm and intimate interiors. The rug is woven with a density of 30 raj, indicating a balanced relationship between design refinement and structural strength. With an approximate weight of 12 kg and about 4 kg per square meter, it offers reliable durability and good performance for regular use. The corner-and-medallion (lachek–toranj) design with geometric motifs presents a disciplined and authentic structure, while the navy-blue field combined with a matching border adds visual depth and a dignified character. The use of wool pile together with cotton warp and weft provides a natural feel, high durability, and harmonious compatibility with classic and traditional interiors.
